Aging, with wisdom and grace

The use of technology as a tool for seniors is among the topics at the March Life of the Mind lecture, "Lessons My Parents Taught Me: Words of Wisdom from an Emory Expert on Aging." Ted Johnson, director for the Emory Center for Health in Aging, will discuss research on sustaining function and quality-of-life experiences of people as they age. For the first time, the lecture will be paired with the Faculty Salon -- an informal gathering hosted by Provost Claire Sterk where faculty can swap ideas, learn what others are doing, and interact with colleagues across the university. The lecture and salon will be held in the Jones Room at Woodruff Library on Wednesday, March 25, beginning at 4 p.m.
