We launched Emory Suite 404 in the fall semester of 2013 as a way to share the rich academic life on the Emory campus. In the almost two years since its launch, this electronic newsletter has introduced you to many of the people, ideas, and events that are transforming Emory and informing strategies in the Office of the Provost.
In that time, the pace of rapid change in higher education has continued not only on our own campus but also across the nation. Now is a good time to reflect on how Emory Suite 404 can best meet your needs going forward. What are the issues that you'd like to see explored in this publication? What kind of information about academic strategies, initiatives, and events would help you in your work? Would you find value in a message from the provost in each issue? How can we make this journal relevant to your aspirations for yourself and for Emory?
I invite readers to send feedback about Emory Suite 404 and specifically changes we might consider in making it a useful resource for our community. Please send your responses to email@example.com. As always, I look forward to your engagement and your ideas.
