The best way for me to support the academic mission is to build strong partnerships based on transparency and trust with my colleagues in all parts of the university. I am committed to being accessible to our schools and units, and I place a strong focus on collaboration and creating a culture of collegiality among my colleagues. Fundamentally, my role is to whatever I can to support the academic mission.
