Emory participates in the nationwide Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) Faculty Satisfaction Survey as part of our commitment to help faculty thrive. Results from the 2023 survey are now available. University leaders and the COACHE Steering Committee will develop recommendations in spring 2024, which will inform continuous improvements at both the university and school levels.
