Accreditation and Academic Programs
The Office of Academic Planning ensures university-wide compliance with the Principles of Accreditation of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and facilitates the process of Emory's reaffirmation of accreditation.
Annual Assessments
The Office of Planning and Administration leads and guides outcomes assessment processes for academic degree programs and educational and administrative support units. Work within this office includes assessment report consultations with faculty members and administrators, collaboration with committees to implement assessment policies and projects, and compliance report development for accreditation purposes.
Institutional Data
The mission of the Institutional Research and Decision Support (IRDS) team is to be a good custodian of institutional data by integrating information from various stewards to develop comprehensive, valid reports and analyses to support enterprise decision making.

University Budgets
The Office of University Budgets manages the annual planning cycle for the unrestricted operating budget, which funds Emory's academic and service units, based on a fiscal year that runs Sep. 1 through Aug. 31.
